Dr Sangeeta Garg completed her MBBS Degree from Christian Medical College, Vellore, India.

 

She trained in Paediatrics in the Teaching Group of Hospitals affiliated with the Witwatersrand University in Johannesburg, South Africa. Since then she has worked as a Consultant Paediatrician in Johannesburg, Brisbane, and in the United Kingdom. Following this she worked for 5 years in Dubbo as a full time Senior Staff Specialist and was also attached to the University of Sydney’s Rural School of Health as Clinical Lecturer.  When her daughters left home to pursue tertiary studies in Sydney and Adelaide, she decided to accept the exciting challenge of working and making a difference in Western Sydney.

Dr Garg finds every aspect of Paediatrics fascinating. Her special interests include; developmental and behavioural paediatrics, autism, ADHD, enuresis, allergy and asthma, cardiology, growth and other endocrine disorders, weight management, diabetes, reflux and other infant feeding issues.
