Doctors
Dr Brad Cranney
MBBS UNSW MRACGP
Dr Cranney studied Medicine at the University of NSW & obtained his medical qualification in 1979. Dr Cranney was Deputy Director of Accident & Emergency at Gosford District Hospital from 1982 to 1989. He resigned from that position to open in General Practice in Toukley.

Appointments:
Visiting Medical Officer with Berkeley Vale Private Hospital since 1990 to present.
​
Dr Cranney has a strong interest in all areas of General Practice but especially Chronic Disease Management and skin cancer detection & treatment.
​
Dr Cranney also enjoys teaching students of all health disciplines
Dr Stephen Green
MBBS FRACGP
Dr Stephen Green graduated from medicine at the University of Sydney.
​
He subsequently completed his Fellowship in General Practice at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has since worked in general practice on the Central Coast for over 25 years.
​
His special interest is Worker's Compensation including treating injured workers and managing the rehabilitation of their injuries towards returning to work.
​
He has experience in all areas of family medicine and enjoys the diversity of work that general practice provides.
Dr Gerry Miclat
FRACGP FPCS FPSGS DPBS
Dr Gerry Miclat completed his studies in the Philippines and completed his training in General Surgery at the Davao Medical Centre now known to be Southern Philippines Medical Centre ( SPMC ). He had a subspecialty Fellowship training in the field of Upper Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic surgery of the Philippine General Hospital, University of the Philippines.
​
After arriving in Australia with his family, Dr Miclat made the decision to get back to grass roots medicine & turned his attention to General Practice on the Central Coast of NSW.
​
Dr Miclat has a lot of experience in Emergency Medicine and acute critical care when he worked as a CMO in Wyong Emergency.
​
He also has a special interest in the management of skin cancers.
​
In his spare time Dr Miclat & his family are very involved in supporting the Filipino community on the Central Coast.
Dr Nisha Edirisinghe
MBBS FRACGP
Dr Edirisinghe maintains an interest in Child Health, Women's Health and General Family Medicine. She was trained at the Gosford / Wyong Hospital network and has completed General Practice terms at Tamworth and Moree prior to joining our practice. Nisha is married and has two children.
Dr Paul Muthiah
MUDr (MBBS equivalent) MRCGP FRACGP
Dr Paul Muthiah completed his General Practice training in Kent, United Kingdom.
​
He then moved to London where he worked in General Practice & Urgent Care before moving to Australia. Dr Muthiah's special interests include sports medicine, children's health, antenatal care, mental health and cardiovascular disease.
​
In his leisure time Dr Muthiah is a keen tennis & football player.
Dr Gregor Cantlay
MBChB MRCGP FRACGP
Dr Gregor Cantlay trained in the United Kingdom at the Univeristy of Aberdeen and University of Dundee before practicing as a GP in Edinburgh.
​
His special interests are in mental health, sports medicine, dermatology and paediatrics.
​
Dr Cantlay is a keen sportsman playing football & tennis.
Dr Bernardito Alcid
BSN MBBS FRACGP
Dr Bernardito Alcid completed his medical degree at the University of London in the UK. He worked in the fields of Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Cardiology and After-Hours Care. He completed his GP training and worked in Surrey, UK before migrating to the Central Coast where he has lived and worked as a GP ever since making the move.
​
He is enthusiastic about promotive, preventative care and a wholistic approach to health. He has a wide experience regarding Chronic Disease Management, Diabetes, Cardiac, Respiratory illnesses, Elderly Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Men’s and Women’s Health and Mental Health. He has a special interest in skin health.
